There comes a moment in life when it's necessary to sit back and relax. Things might not be progressing as you envisioned, nor unfolding according to your plans, but sometimes this is a sign that God is guiding you toward Himself.
To trust in Him, to find rest in Him, especially when He has entrusted you with a task and ideas to execute. I've recently become aware of this, and although it's difficult, one must step back and allow God to work. He understands us and knows our capacities, even when we do not.
This is why the scriptures say that He will not burden us beyond what we can bear; it is not to break us but to strengthen us. You see, there are two kingdoms: the Kingdom of God and the kingdom entrusted to humanity, which is the earth.
The Bible states that the devil is a prince of this word, therefore he possesses nothing unless granted authority. Thus, when God subjects us to trials, it is to enable us to discern between the enemy's tasks and His and to understand the tactics and strategies of warfare.
So that we are not easily tossed to and fro, being able to stand up and fight; as well as being able to go out and deliver someone from what he’s delivering us from.
It’s similar to the military, but spiritually, when soldiers go through this hard training, it’s not to harm them but to toughen them up for war.
It teaches them how to fight, and also builds them mentally. God wants to build us spiritually and mentally. Because the enemy is out like a roaring lion; so, we have to be ready.
